Let me put it this way Kat (supposing that you're still here). If you really are Catholic, then you should believe what the pope teaches as he is, after all, God's Vicar on Earth (the gospel of Matthew clearly states this ...And I will give you the keys to the kingdom of heaven, and THE GATES OFHELL will not prevail against it...). The pope,along with the bishops of the Church have clearly stated many times that "abortion" and "euthanasia" are murder. All Catholics are obliged to follow this.
